How should we treat IFA's? Should they be considered rookies or free agents?
If rookies, the IFA's will not be eligible to be added to any team until our minor league draft.
If FA, the ifa would be available as soon as they hit the yahoo player pool and would go to the best waiver available

I think they should be counted as FA's. What's the point of saving your wavier if you can't claim these guys?

rookies ,,whats as a way to make bad teams better..look around our league..and tell me there is more than say 4-5 teams able to compete to win..to keep interest for the league..so we dont have to replace 5-6 teams every year we need to allow more ways to rebuild..and this could be another way and reason for teams to hold onto draft picks

An in-season IFA signing should be the equivalent of the guys who go in the MILB Draft in June.

I agree with Blaze, the waivers need to have some added value. I think if a player is added to yahoo and not in the draft that year he should be available
