Freeze transactions after we declare our 25 keepers and re-open when we finish our supp draft. This is to avoid a loophole where managers can sign milb players during the draft and taking players away from the mlb supp draft.

If you are referring to what I did, I dont see a reason why this is problematic. I took no player away from the supplemental draft, as I only added players from my minros squad to my majors squad. I (along with other owners) did this last 2 years that I have been in the league. And by adding players it is understood that you are unable to make back end picks. but lets be honest. if your worried about your fourth and fifth round supplemental picks then I dont know what to tell you.
TBH im sure everyone has a different opinion on this and we will probably vote and people who dont take advantage of this (by that i mean those who did not sign the low lvl minor leaguers I did) will probably win. Then someone will violate the rule and we will let it slide and vote again. It seems this league wants the few players who spend alot of time to not have more advantage than the owners who constantly get skipped in drafts and check in MAYBE 1 time a month.
Sorry if this comes off harsh and I dont mean it to be but I felt like I had to say my piece. And if this is in regards to something other than my move (I noticed something abuot SF trying to pick up someone who was phantom dropped) then i apologize and I am an ass.

I think this is something that will come up in future seasons as well, since we're not adding to our minor league team anymore...ie, going from 10 to 15 or 15 to 20. A bunch of minor league guys, some good, are gonna be dropped between keepers and the supp draft. Maybe its easier to just cut down our minor league rosters before the first off season draft we have? Just tossing ideas out. That might be the wrong direction as I kinda like being able to see who is left in the third round instead of dropping a guy to be able to pick in the third round.
Sorry if its a gibberish block of text.

There are a few select owners, that seem to always butt heads with Wolfy , but i think most of that comes from the intensity of all of us wanting to win. lol...look out cuz, not this time!..lmao
I think the moves by O+B were just aggressive moves? Nothing that i would think is bad , just moves that somebody who is trying his best to win, would take advantage of. (LOL...trust me, Wolfy had some very smart ass comments to say, going off what O+B posted...but Wolfy is very calm so far this off season lol)
I honestly am not big on either side of this, im pretty fence on it. If we vote on it, i think i will just go with the majority .

Honestly no harm in wsiting.. just drop ur 3rd 4th 5th sup guys if u have a issue .. until after the supp draft then sign the players u want .. if this is how it's going to be just eliminate all but the first 2 rounds of the supp draft. .

I dont think we should change the number of rounds. some people like the later rounds and sometimes they are valuable, but for My team this year I decided they werent.

Obviously this is my opinion, but I think owners should be able to add any minor league players to their roster as long as they are not listed on yahoo. If the player is listed on yahoo then they should be available for the supplemental draft and not eligible to be picked up on peoples minor league squad. Just my 2 cents.

I think the rosters should be frozen until after the supplemental draft.

Given that we're at that time of year again, did we reach a consensus on this? Do roster transactions freeze from tonight through the end of the supplemental draft?

i think we should still be allowed to trade. there is no reason not to, ie you see a player in the sup draft you want you should be able to make a trade with someone to get that pick and so forth
